Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics including call handling time and resolution rates
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote company services effectively
- Maintain thorough knowledge of product offerings and company policies
Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in call center or retail setting
