Responsibilities
- Manage vendor contracts and ensure compliance with SLAs
- Coordinate between clients and technical teams for seamless project delivery
- Prepare and negotiate contract terms using industry-standard templates
- Track contract performance metrics and prepare executive reports
- Resolve contractual disputes through mediation and documentation
- Support RFP processes and bid preparation for new opportunities
- Maintain contract databases and renewal calendars
Qualifications
- 3+ years of contract management or vendor coordination experience
- Proficiency with contract lifecycle management software (e.g., DocuSign, Conga)
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Professional certification (CPM, CFCM) preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
