Responsibilities

- Process daily transactions with accuracy using our digital payment system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest facilities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for special functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Valid Nevada gaming card or ability to obtain immediately
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
