Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and strategic planning for the company's 2026 technology roadmap.
- Oversee the research and development of next-generation AI and machine learning models.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, system design, or engineering leadership.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations or R&D initiatives.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles or other emerging technologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
