Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and materials in a safe and efficient manner.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to strict protocols.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records using our advanced WMS systems.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and throughput goals.
- Package and label goods appropriately for shipment and distribution.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) and clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
