Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse policies at all times.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
