Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure warehouse accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with precision and speed.
- Load and Unload:** Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
