Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
- Learn and explain company products and services to clients.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection (for remote/on-site hybrid options).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
