Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and equipment setup
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments following OSHA standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Administer medications under RN supervision as certified
Qualifications
- Current CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience preferred
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work across multiple Milwaukee locations
