Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead research and development initiatives in Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team across multiple disciplines.
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess their viability for product integration.
- Oversee budget allocation and resource management for R&D projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and implementing cutting-edge technologies.
- Strong background in AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, and Distributed Systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
