We are seeking a visionary Head of Future Strategy & 2026 Roadmap to define the next generation of our technological footprint. As we approach the pivotal year of 2026, you will lead the charge in identifying emerging trends, sustainable technologies, and scalable infrastructure.
In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between long-term strategic planning and actionable execution, ensuring OmniCorp remains at the forefront of innovation. You will be responsible for shaping the digital and operational landscape of our organization for the upcoming years.
Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap aligned with corporate goals and market demands.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Green Tech) for potential implementation.
- Lead cross-functional teams in R&D initiatives targeting the 2026 fiscal year.
- Conduct deep market analysis to anticipate shifts in consumer behavior and industry standards.
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the success of future technology initiatives.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to secure budget and resources for future projects.
- Present strategic visions to the board of directors and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or product development.
- Proven track record of leading high-level projects with budgets exceeding $5M.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Strong understanding of global tech trends and the foresight to predict industry shifts.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
