Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our long-term corporate vision and market goals.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects focused on next-generation technologies and emerging trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development plans.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate new tech stacks and tools to ensure they are scalable and relevant for the 2026 landscape.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technical strategists.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership or strategic planning role within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects and leading innovation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, Blockchain, and Cloud Architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
