Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives including quantum integration, neural interfaces, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with real-world pilot programs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum research labs
- Architect ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous system governance
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on technology convergence trends
- Manage innovation budget allocation across experimental and commercialization phases
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized futuristic technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technology convergence
- Experience leading global teams across multiple innovation disciplines
