Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum, AI, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital experiences
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech threats and opportunities
- Advise C-suite on future-proofing infrastructure and talent strategy
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological innovation ROI
- Forge strategic partnerships with research labs and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership on tech ethics or innovation
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on digital transformation
- Proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
