Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives to anticipate market shifts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present innovation forecasts to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technology implementation
- Author thought leadership reports on future tech trends and disruptions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Published futurist research or patents in tech innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio of implemented technology transformation projects
