Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic innovations into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech incubation unit
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic trends affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends (Singularity University or equivalent preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
