Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on technological disruption and competitive positioning
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring innovation ROI and market readiness
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify transformative acquisition targets
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-technology symbiosis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in forecasting exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA
- Portfolio of published futurist analyses or technology roadmaps
- Experience scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and societal impact of emerging tech
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
