- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops to ideate next-gen products and services
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-ready strategies into corporate vision
- Present insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain a horizon-scanning framework for rapid trend detection
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience translating futuristic concepts into actionable business plans
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Track record of launching technology-driven initiatives
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
