- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech startups
- Monitor global tech policies and ethical frameworks impacting our industry
- Create scenario-planning models for disruptive technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neural interfaces)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable strategies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodologies
