- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring responsible innovation deployment
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (AR/VR, biotech interfaces, edge computing) for competitive advantage
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with 2030 sustainability targets

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized architectures
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams across tech and business domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
