As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll collaborate with C-suite leaders, R&D pioneers, and global thought leaders to translate foresight into actionable blueprints. Your insights will shape multi-year investment strategies, guide R&D priorities, and ensure our competitive edge in an accelerating technological ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech vectors (quantum computing, AGI, biointegration) and socio-economic shifts to forecast industry disruptions through 2030
- Develop and present strategic scenarios to guide C-suite decision-making for 2026-2028 product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies into innovation cycles
- Produce trend reports and predictive models identifying high-impact opportunities in Web4.0 and neural interfaces
- Advise on ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AI governance and neurotech regulations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and venture capitalists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 7+ years applied foresight experience
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized products or market strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep technical literacy across quantum, AI, biotech, and spatial computing domains
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published forecasts that accurately predicted market shifts
