- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions addressing societal challenges
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, IoT, blockchain)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of influencing C-suite decisions and driving organizational change
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and futures research frameworks
