As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify disruptive trends, conduct horizon scanning, and develop frameworks for long-term technological adoption. You'll influence C-suite decisions while maintaining hands-on involvement in prototyping and validation cycles.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological paradigms
- Develop and maintain innovation roadmaps aligning with organizational goals
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Facilitate workshops and design thinking sessions with stakeholders
- Translate foresight research into actionable business strategies
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with academic and research institutions
- Present findings to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor junior innovation team members on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Strong analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
