- Produce scenario analyses and strategic briefs for C-suite on emerging tech regulatory impacts
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring innovation adoption and market disruption readiness
- Represent company at global tech foresight forums (e.g., Davos, CES) to shape industry dialogue
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on 3+ major industry transformations
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent discipline
- Published thought leadership on quantum/AI ethics or climate tech adaptation
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to market deployment
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prediction of at least 2 major tech disruptions
