Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global megatrends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-7 year market impact
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI tracking for experimental projects
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forums as thought leader
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our corporate accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Technology Strategy, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 12+ years in corporate innovation or technology foresight roles
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Experience scaling exponential technologies from lab to market
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech commercialization for 2020-2025
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
