Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead scenario planning for technological disruption and propose mitigation/adaptation strategies
- Present futuristic technology insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-5 year market viability
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech convergence, AR/VR)
- Strong background in AI ethics, regulatory frameworks, and societal impact assessment
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., from WFS or Foresight Practitioners)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- PhD or Master's in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
