As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll collaborate with industry leaders, academic institutions, and startups to anticipate disruptions in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech. You'll translate complex technological possibilities into actionable business strategies that drive competitive advantage and societal impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies to identify opportunities and threats
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market shifts
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for disruptive technology adoption
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research labs and innovation hubs
- Author thought leadership publications on technology futures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in technology, engineering, or strategic foresight
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
