As a key architect of our 2026 vision, you will collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify disruptive trends, assess market readiness, and develop implementation frameworks for next-generation solutions. You'll shape our innovation pipeline while ensuring alignment with sustainability, ethics, and human-centric design principles.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 market integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation impact and technology adoption readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investor stakeholders
- Oversee the development of ethical guidelines for emerging technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on disruptive tech trends
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting complex concepts to C-level executives and diverse stakeholders
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and global innovation communities
- Certification in Futures Research or Technology Foresight preferred
