Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast market shifts and competitive landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating futuristic technologies into 5-year business plans
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Partner with product teams to translate foresight into actionable features
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Author thought leadership content on technology futures and industry disruption
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing forward-looking tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, neurotech, Web3)
- Exceptional data analysis skills with experience in trend forecasting tools
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Innovation preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or strategic foresight work
