Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks aligned with 2026+ technological inflection points
- Lead scenario planning initiatives for quantum computing, AGI adoption, and climate tech disruption
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-proofing into product roadmaps and corporate vision
- Direct cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and market research teams
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership for industry stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track exponential technology adoption curves
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating emerging tech trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI ethics)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional command of scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or peer-reviewed journals
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents and time zones
- Deep network with innovation ecosystems (Singularity University, XPRIZE, etc.)
