Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market disruptions
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate emerging technology investments
- Author quarterly trend reports with actionable insights for executive leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and deliver strategic workshops for Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
