Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities across technology, climate, and social domains
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2030+ market evolution in partnership with C-suite executives
- Lead scenario planning workshops with Fortune 500 clients to build resilient futures
- Integrate exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum) into sustainable business models
- Author white papers and thought leadership on systemic transformation
- Manage a portfolio of innovation experiments in our Austin FutureLab
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing multi-decade strategic frameworks
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Science, or related field
- Experience leading cross-cultural, cross-functional innovation teams
