Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Author thought leadership reports published in Harvard Business Review
- Design innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor junior futurists in our proprietary foresight methodology
- Collaborate with R&D teams on emerging technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategy consulting or corporate innovation
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or exponential technologies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system modeling experience
