- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, bio-engineering)
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present trend analyses to investors and board members quarterly
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and research methodologies
- Experience speaking at global innovation conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives launched
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
