Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks incorporating AI, biotech, and quantum computing trends
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive forces and emerging business models
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with executive teams to translate future scenarios into actionable plans
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario models for board-level decision making
- Champion innovation culture through internal thought leadership and external speaking engagements
- Monitor and evaluate strategic initiatives' alignment with long-term 2026 vision
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of translating foresight insights into market-winning business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic innovation projects
