This role blends deep analytical rigor with creative foresight to transform possibilities into actionable strategies that redefine industries.
As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to anticipate technological disruptions, market shifts, and societal transformations. You'll lead cross-functional teams to prototype solutions for challenges that don't yet exist.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological forecasts, and horizon-scanning data to identify 2026 opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future-ready solutions
- Produce trend reports and white papers published in industry journals
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for experimental ventures
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight network
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
