Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite to align organizational strategy with future-proofing initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on emerging paradigms
- Build and lead a dedicated futures research lab with global stakeholders
- Quantify ROI of innovation initiatives through predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Portfolio of published future scenario studies or innovation roadmaps
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
