Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and digital ecosystems
- Lead scenario planning workshops to model alternative futures and quantify potential market impacts
- Produce high-impact trend briefings and horizon scanning reports for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with long-term market trajectories
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks

- Present findings to investors and stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership with proven impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact analysis)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
