- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework incorporating emerging technologies, geopolitical trends, and socio-cultural shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and risk mitigation strategies
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations translating foresight analysis into executive decision-making tools
- Identify and evaluate disruptive business models and partnership opportunities for 2026 market positioning
- Champion innovation culture through mentorship and implementation of future-proofing methodologies
- Represent the company at global industry forums to shape 2026 technology and policy discourse
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Track record of developing and implementing future-proof organizational strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution) required
