- Author quarterly Future Horizon Reports synthesizing quantum computing and neurotech trends
- Design ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous system integration
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University for trend validation
- Mentor a 12-person futurist team using design thinking and systems analysis
- Present strategic briefings to global stakeholders at Davos and Web Summit
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight with 3+ years in C-suite advisory roles
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals (e.g., Futures)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational transformation through future strategy
