Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead high-stakes workshops with global stakeholders to map technological disruption pathways
- Produce executive-ready trend reports with data-driven projections for 15+ industries
- Design and implement early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions aligned with strategic vision
- Represent FutureVision at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of publishing industry-shaping trend analyses
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) or equivalent
