Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into actionable roadmaps
- Produce scenario-planning models for global market disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership whitepapers and present to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline maturity and market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Strong command of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI forecasting models
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
