Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying emerging trends across technology, geopolitics, and human behavior
- Produce scenario-planning models for disruptive market shifts and black-swan events
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present executive-level strategic briefings to the board of directors with actionable recommendations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports driving strategic investment decisions
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven 5-year+ horizon planning
- Published thought leadership on future trends (e.g., AI ethics, climate adaptation, neurotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking frameworks
- Experience translating foresight into product roadmaps and business models
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
