- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data narratives
- Partner with sustainability teams to integrate climate resilience into corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and industry reports on future trends
- Manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of global megatrends: climate change, AI ethics, demographic shifts, and biotechnology
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in strategic forespace or innovation journals
