Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic trends, and geopolitical shifts to forecast market evolution through 2026
- Develop comprehensive strategic frameworks that align business objectives with future market realities
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into product innovation roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in analyzing disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Excellent presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused strategic initiatives implemented
