Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from R&D, product, and market teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and integrate disruptive startups
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological adoption and ROI
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry foresight forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record anticipating and capitalizing on tech disruptions (e.g., cloud, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, quantum, neuromorphic computing)
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with experience in scenario planning frameworks
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience scaling tech strategy across international markets
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, STEEPLE)
