Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design scalable innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and bio-convergence
- Present executive briefings on future workforce transformations and talent evolution
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics across R&D and product development
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks
- Publish thought leadership on sustainable technological transitions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in futures/foresight methodologies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, climate tech)
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Strong data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with Delphi methods and technology roadmapping frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future strategy implementations
