You'll translate foresight into strategic frameworks that drive competitive advantage and sustainable growth in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive technological shifts
- Produce evidence-based foresight reports on AI ethics, climate resilience, and human augmentation
- Design innovation ecosystems integrating quantum computing and decentralized technologies
- Adv executive leadership on emerging market opportunities and systemic risks
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for global enterprises
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities using advanced analytics tools
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent professional credential
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ high-impact foresight projects delivered to executive audiences
