Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to map 5-10 year futurescapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging technology adoption pathways
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for board-level decision support
- Identify and quantify emerging market opportunities worth $1B+ in potential value
- Maintain proprietary foresight intelligence system tracking 200+ global innovation signals
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and premier futures conferences as thought leader
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical discipline
- Proven track record of successfully predicting market disruptions (provide case studies)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional data visualization skills with Tableau/Power BI and scenario modeling tools
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent practical experience
- Prior experience publishing in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
