- Partner with R&D to validate future concepts through prototyping

Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio of published futurism work or strategic frameworks
